Glass Panel Quality Assurance

At PINGE, every tempered glass panel is manufactured under strict quality control standards. Backed by a 1-year warranty and excellent flame-retardant performance, our glass panels are designed for long-term safety, durability, and reliability.

Supported by our ISO9001-certified quality management system, every panel undergoes rigorous inspection and testing, including color consistency and impact resistance verification, helping ensure dependable performance from prototype to mass production.

Our Four-Stage Tempered Glass Panel Inspection Process

01

Incoming Quality Control

Strict Raw Material Validation

Quality begins with the substrate. We conduct rigorous inspections on every batch of raw glass sheets sourced from leading suppliers such as CSG and Xuhong.

Our technicians verify thickness tolerance, flatness, and surface purity to ensure each glass sheet is free from internal defects, contaminants, and structural imperfections before entering production.

02

In-Process Quality Control

Precision Monitoring at Every Step

We maintain a closed-loop quality control system across the entire production process. From dimensional checks during CNC engraving, strength testing after tempering, to color consistency control in silk-screen printing, each stage follows first-article inspection, in-process audits, and operator self-checks.

Every process ensures output quality and safeguards the next step, preventing defects from moving downstream.

03

Final Quality Control

100% Light-Box Inspection

Before packaging, every glass panel undergoes a 100% visual inspection under dedicated light-box systems.

Our quality inspectors carefully examine each piece for pinholes, scratches, ink spots, edge chipping, and other cosmetic defects, ensuring that every panel delivered to you meets our quality standards.

04

Outgoing Quality Control

AQL-Standard Pre-Shipment Audit

To guarantee site-ready reliability, our OQC team performs final random sampling based on strict AQL standards.

We conduct final verifications for color consistency and adhesion strength, alongside packaging stress simulations, helping ensure your products remain protected throughout transportation.

In-House Glass Panel Testing Laboratory

We Uphold International Standards To Ensure Your Glass Panel Quality.

High-Low Temp & Aging Thermal Cycle Chamber

01
Cyclic testing from -40°C to +100°C to ensure panels never delaminate or crack, regardless of extreme arctic or tropical climates.

Impact Resistance Drop Ball Tester

02
Strictly adhering to IK-rated standards via steel ball drop tests to maximize structural safety for security and smart home hardware.

Ink Adhesion Cross-Hatch Cutter/3M Tape

03
Guaranteed Grade 0-1 adhesion via professional cross-hatch tape tests, ensuring appliance interfaces never peel or fade even with frequent cleaning.

Adhesive Pull-Force Digital Push-Pull Gauge

04
Precise measurement of bonding strength between glass and frame to eliminate any risk of panel detachment in high-heat or high-humidity zones.

Color Consistency Precision Spectrophotometer

05
Batch-to-batch color deviation is kept at ΔE < 0.8, ensuring a perfectly uniform look for multiple switches installed on the same wall.

Optical Transmittance Light Transmittance Meter

06
Exact calibration of light transmission for AR and clear glass to provide the most vivid and accurate display performance for smart devices.

Boiling Water Reliability Constant Temp Water Bath

07
Survival through 100°C boiling water immersion to verify extreme ink-to-glass bonding, specifically designed for humid kitchen and bathroom environments.
