Functional Surface Coatings & Optical Treatments

Anti-Fingerprint Nano-Coating (AF)

An ultra-smooth, oleophobic nano-layer engineered to eliminate smudge accumulation on your touch interfaces, providing a premium tactile feel with high wear resistance.

Water Contact Angle: > 115°

Abrasion Resistance: > 105°

Anti-Glare Etching & Coating (AG)

A precision etched micro-texture surface with approximately 10,000 particles per cm², designed to diffuse incoming light and reduce mirror reflections, ensuring stable visual clarity and reading comfort for wall-mounted control glass in different lighting environments.

Surface Roughness (Ra): 0.2–0.8 μm

Haze Level: 10%–80%

Tempered Mirror Coating with Rainbow Electroplated Finish

Multi-layer sputtered coating resistant to 700°C tempering, delivering a tempered mirror finish. With colored glass and adjustable parameters, it enables decorative finishes, including semi-reflective and semi-transparent effects.

Visible Light Reflectance: 90%–99%

Precision Silk Screen Printing

Our printing process is carried out in a Class 100,000 cleanroom environment to eliminate micro-defects and ensure surface purity from the source. Supported by a fully automated printing line with automatic glass loading and unloading, we ensure consistent output quality and cost efficiency.

Using high-tension screens and eco-friendly lead-free inks, we achieve high-opacity coatings with ultra-fine detail, ensuring your brand colors remain vibrant and consistent across every production run.

Color Consistency

Batch-to-batch deviation strictly controlled at ΔE<0.8

High Resolution

Capable of ultra-fine line printing down to 0.1mm with zero light leakage.

Core Glass Processing and Manufacturing Technologies

High-Precision CNC Machining

Leveraging a fleet of 4-axis high-speed CNC workstations, we deliver complex 3D geometric machining for glass panels with high accuracy. Our precision ensures seamless integration with your product housing, even for ultra-thin bezel designs and precision sensor layouts.
  • Dimensional Tolerance: Consistently maintained within 0.05mm.
  • Advanced Contouring: 2.5D/3D edge polishing to reduce stress concentration while providing an ergonomic touch and refined product aesthetics
  • Intricate Geometry: Specialized in step holes, blind holes, and countersinks for high-precision sensor integration, meeting the requirements of high-specification applications.

Advanced Tempered Glass Production

We strengthen custom glass cover plates through advanced tempering processes.
Compressive stress of 90–800 MPa is formed on the glass surface. Provides high anti-explosion safety performance and compliance with international IK impact standards.
  • Physical Tempering :For glass above 3mm, we heat it to around 700°C until a softened state is reached. The glass is then rapidly cooled through high-pressure air quenching, restructuring internal stress, and increasing mechanical strength for your application needs.
  • Chemical Tempering :For glass below 2.5mm, an ion-exchange process replaces sodium-calcium ions with potassium ions in a molten salt bath. This forms a dense compressive layer, improving bending resistance for your thin glass panels used in touch applications.
